Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festival sales or new academic session launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship Pan-India directly from our fulfillment center in Patna. Delivery charges and estimated timelines will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India to make your shopping experience stress-free.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to track your bundle of joy right to your doorstep.

5. Damages During Transit

We use premium, secure packaging to ensure your books arrive in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged:

6. Incorrect Delivery Addresses

HelloBacho is not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your pin code, phone number, and landmark details before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
