Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Patna facility within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). During festival sales, dispatch may take slightly longer, and we will tell you by email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

Delivery time and cost

We ship across India. Delivery usually takes 5–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Shipping is free on all orders.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available for most pincodes in India. Please keep someone available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and pay. There is no extra fee for Cash on Delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details by SMS, email and/or WhatsApp. The tracking link usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 3 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Address details

Please double-check your address, pincode and phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
