🛑 Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been shipped.
To cancel, please email us at hello@hellobacho.com with your order number. -
After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our return/refund policy if applicable.
💸 Refund & Return Policy
Eligible for Refund/Replacement if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incomplete
- You received the wrong item
Not Eligible for Refund if:
- You change your mind after delivery
- The item was opened, used, or damaged after delivery
How to Request a Refund/Replacement:
- Email us at hello@hellobacho.com within 3 days of delivery
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
- Mention your order ID and reason for the request
Once approved, you may:
- Receive a replacement (if in stock)
- Get a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
📦 Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address. You will not be charged for return shipping in case of a valid claim.
📌 Important Notes
- Refunds are not issued for digital products or gift items once delivered.
- All refunds are subject to verification and approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
