At Hello Bacho, we care about your satisfaction and strive to provide a joyful and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:


🛑 Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been shipped.
    To cancel, please email us at hello@hellobacho.com with your order number.
  2. After Shipping:
    Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our return/refund policy if applicable.

💸 Refund & Return Policy

Eligible for Refund/Replacement if:

  1. The product you received is damaged, defective, or incomplete
  2. You received the wrong item

Not Eligible for Refund if:

  1. You change your mind after delivery
  2. The item was opened, used, or damaged after delivery

How to Request a Refund/Replacement:

  1. Email us at hello@hellobacho.com within 3 days of delivery
  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
  3. Mention your order ID and reason for the request

Once approved, you may:

  1. Receive a replacement (if in stock)
  2. Get a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is required, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address. You will not be charged for return shipping in case of a valid claim.


📌 Important Notes

  1. Refunds are not issued for digital products or gift items once delivered.
  2. All refunds are subject to verification and approval.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
