At Hello Bacho, we’re committed to delivering your child’s next favorite book or product quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below:

🚚 Shipping Time

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: May take up to 10 days depending on location

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during holidays or unforeseen events.

📦 Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A flat shipping fee of ₹79 may apply to orders below ₹499.
Any additional shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

🌍 Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India to most PIN codes. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you to explore alternate delivery options.

📤 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

If you do not receive the tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at hello@hellobacho.com.

📬 Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we’ll contact you to reattempt delivery (additional shipping costs may apply).
If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please notify us within 3 days with photos so we can resolve the issue.

While we aim for timely delivery, there may be delays due to:
