Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. WhatsApp +91 85789 93084 or email contact@hellobacho.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.

After dispatch

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You can still use our 3-day returns process (damaged or wrong items) after delivery. Please do not refuse COD parcels without contacting us first.

Refunds for cancelled orders

For cancelled prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders cancelled before dispatch have nothing to refund.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the pincode is not serviceable, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. We will inform you, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
