By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Products and pricing

We try to show products, images and descriptions accurately, but colours and illustrations may vary slightly. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or offers at any time; the price shown when you place an order applies.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, an address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud; any prepaid amount will then be refunded in full. We accept online payments through our payment partners and Cash on Delivery (COD) for serviceable pincodes. Please accept COD orders on delivery; repeated refusals may lead to COD being disabled for you.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including book text, illustrations, logos, photos and videos, belongs to HelloBacho or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or distribute it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, false reviews, attempts to hack or disrupt the site, or uploading unlawful content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
